Once upon a time, on an Island a long way away, two people were united with their love of bikes and cake. In particular Vic’s Mama’s Lemon Cake.

In 2014 Victoria tried to convince James cycling 100 miles was fun. It wasn’t.

He convinced her mountain bikes are fun. They are.

Together they decided adventures would be more fun and off they went…
